Twelve weddings a year, one a weekend. Below is exactly what happens between the first coffee and the last table cleared.

12 MONTHS BEFORE
Concept and budget

Three meetings to settle the tone, the scale and the ceiling. You leave with a ten-page document and no surprises later.

9 MONTHS BEFORE
Venue and suppliers

Guided visits to three shortlisted estates, contract negotiation and a payment schedule.

4 MONTHS BEFORE
Design and styling

Palette, flowers, stationery, furniture and light — shown as a scale model before anything is ordered.

THE DAY
Production

A team of six on the ground, timings to the minute and a coordinator just for the families. All you have to do is be there.
