The challenge

The 100’s was born to turn buying a souvenir into an experience. Instead of just another object on a shelf, the proposition is a fully customisable premium product — the customer chooses and composes their own piece — with a strong experiential component, both in the physical store and the online store.

The challenge was twofold: to build from scratch a brand with its own territory, capable of appealing to Porto's discerning tourists, and to structure the operation so that this experience worked coherently across every channel — from the shop window to the screen, from the counter to the checkout.

The solution

We supported The 100’s across the board, from strategy to execution, in close collaboration with the project's partners.

Brand strategy and marketing. Positioning and brand-territory consultancy — what The 100’s stands for, for whom, and how it communicates it — and defining the architecture of the customisable offering.

E-commerce consultancy. Support in structuring the platform and the omnichannel shopping experience, aligning catalogue, customisation and checkout between the physical store and the online store.

Design and implementation. Developing and applying the visual system across the project's various pieces, from digital to in-store materials.

In-store support and activation (AOS). Support at the point of sale, to bring the brand experience into the physical space with the same coherence as online.

Studio product photography. Dedicated sessions to capture the line's premium materials — cork, wood and ceramics — with the rigour of a premium catalogue.

AI creativity. Image and video production with artificial intelligence to speed up and enrich the brand's communication.

Video production. Filming at the suppliers to tell the origin and manufacture of the products, reinforcing the brand's authenticity.

The result

The 100’s gained a solid foundation to grow: a brand with its own identity, an experience designed to work in-store and online, and a content library — photography, imagery and video — ready to feed its communication. One agency, a single point of contact, coordinating strategy, design, production and channels so the tourist experiences the brand consistently, from first contact to purchase.
