Why not use an off-the-shelf tool?
Sometimes that is the best answer, and we say so in the diagnosis. Custom software pays off when the process doesn’t fit a generic tool, or when you already pay for several subscriptions that don’t talk to each other.
Can you connect to the programs we already use?
In most cases, yes, where the program allows data to be exported or received. In the diagnosis we look at what can be connected and what is worth it.
How long does it take?
We work in short phases, with a first part working within the first few weeks. The timeline for each phase is fixed in the proposal.
